Officially chartered in 2004, the purpose of the West Central Ohio Flyers Racing Pigeon Club is to foster fellowship, fun, and a positive social environment for its members as they engage in the friendly competition of racing Homing Pigeons. We do not fly for cash prizes, but we sure do cherish the bragging rights accompanying any win. Charter members consisted of seven flyers from Lima, Wapakoneta, Cairo, and Sidney, Ohio. Today we have seven members from Lima, Leipsic, and Sidney,Ohio. We are affiliated with the American Racing Pigeon Union, and all our members are also members of that organization.

We are always seeking to expand our membership, and current members are more than happy to help out new members in the pigeon racing sport. If you reside within approximately a 40-mile radius of Lima, Ohio, and would like to investigate this fascinating hobby, please contact one of the members listed at the very bottom of this page. In order to cut cost and be able to fly some longer races we will be flying both of the 2015 race series with the Findlay Racing Pigeon Club.
